Return policy

Bijouterie Lavigueur Ltée offers a full refund (excluding shipping fees) in case of dissatisfaction. However, all items at 50% off in the SALE section in store and online are final sale. There are therefore no returns, refunds or exchanges.Please note that refunds are not offered on modified parts (ring resizing, engraving, adjustments). The refund is exceptionally offered for items (s) purchased on Bijouterie Lavigueur website AND NOT IN STORES and is only granted if the following conditions are respected:

  • The refund request is made 20 days following the date of shipment of your order.
  • The item (s) must never have been worn; any evidence to the contrary (scratch, damage, bump, unpicking, etc.) cancels the request for reimbursement.
  • To get refund, the item (s) must be returned to the following address.

Refund procedure by mailing

1. Send us an email at commandes@lavigueur.com
2. Kindly detail the reasons for refund on the copy of your invoice.
3. Pack the item (s) carefully; include the invoice in the package.
4. On the package, clearly indicate that it is an online purchase.
5. Ship your parcel to the following address:

* Please note that a period of 7 working days will be required, from the time the item (s) is received, in order to proceed a refund.

**It’s the responsibility of the client to assume return shipping fee.

Refund procedure through a nearest store.

1. Simply select to visit one of our locations with a copy of the invoice and the item (s) in its original packaging.
2. Kindly request to have your item (s) shipped to our head office free of charge.
3. Please note that we do not issue refunds in-store.
4. Once the item (s) is received and properly inspected at our main office, you will receive a confirmation for a refund via email (please remember to check your junk mail if necessary).
