Returns policy
1/ Online purchase:
Bijouterie Lavigueur Ltée offers a wide selection of products on the constantly improving site. Each product is detailed in the best possible visual and textual way.
We offer rings for women in a standard size of 6.5 and those for men of 10. All rings ordered in other sizes than these must be sized in our workshop or in some cases directly at the supplier. All sizes ordered excluding standard sizes are non-refundable. These are final sales. The standard size is always indicated when selecting the ring.
Any modifications or customizations (engravings on pendants, adjustments, ring sizing) requested making the jewel different from its original state generates a final sale.
We are aware that the purchase of a jewel involves several elements that the site is not always able to reflect. Hence the reason for a possible refund under some conditions:
- The refund request is made 30 days after the date of shipment
- The jewel must never have been worn, any proof to the contrary (scratch, wear, bump, deplating, etc.) cancels the refund request.
- The jewel must not have had modifications or customizations.
- To be refunded, the jewel must be returned to the address mentioned below.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable.
*Gift with Purchase: Item must be returned with the gift(s) to be eligible for a full refund provided both have not been worn, altered, engraved or special-ordered.
Refund procedures for a web purchase
By post:
- Contact Bijouterie Lavigueur Ltée at commandes@lavigueur.com
- Detail the reasons for your dissatisfaction.
- Pack the jewelry carefully, include the invoice in the package.
- On the package, clearly indicate that it is an internet purchase.
- Ship your package to the following address: Bijouterie Lavigueur 3981 rue Mont-Royal, suite 100 St-Hubert, Quebec, J4T2H4, Canada
* Note that a period of 7 working days will be required, from the moment the item is received, to proceed with the refund of the jewelry returned to us.
**The cost of shipping the package for refund is assumed by the consumer and not by Bijouterie Lavigueur.
Through a store:
- 1Go to a Lavigueur jewelry store with proof of purchase online.
- Tell the representative that this is an item purchased online.
- Please note that we do not provide in-store refunds.
- The item will be returned to the office and inspected to ensure that the item meets the refund conditions. It is the office that makes the refunds of the website.
*Note that a period of 7 working days will be required, from the moment the item is received, to proceed with the reimbursement of the jewelry returned to us.
2/ In-store purchases:
- Refunds are not offered on jewelry purchased in store. An exchange is possible or a discount in gift card according to the conditions of the shop.
- Items at 50% in the SALE section are final sale.
To be eligible for an exchange or a gift card, the jewel or the watch must not have been worn, must be free of any scratches and must be returned in its original packaging with guarantee, certificate of evaluation and certificate of origin of the diamond if applicable.
