In order to keep the sparkle on your ring, clean it often to remove lotions, skin oil and everyday dirt that can cloud the scintillation of the diamonds. You can soak the ring in warm water and mild dishwashing liquid and scrub it with a toothbrush.
Maintenance of pearls
Pearls are gems and require particular precautions. It is important to keep them away from hair products, perfumes, beauty products and especially chemical products because they could tarnish the luster of the pearls. Clean them delicately with a cotton cloth lightly wet. Manipulate them with care and keep them away from your other jewelry. To avoid loosing a pearl necklace, don’t wait until the rope is dirty, used or turning yellow before you get them threaded again.
Maintenance of gemstones
All gemstones, no matter how hard need a minimum of maintenance. If you want to pass it on to the next generation and have them shine like the very first day, you must follow a few rules. Gemstones attract dust and dirt especially if you wear them frequently. Mild water and soft soap with a toothbrush are recommended for transparent gemstones. A lightly humid cotton cloth can clean opaque gemstones like a turquoise and lapis lazuli.
Carefully store your jewelry separate from one another and keep them in a dry place away from dust. To add to that, if you go to the pool regularly, it is preferable to keep your jewelry at home. Most gemstones are vulnerable to chocks and acids; chlor can damage them.
It is important to have your jewelry inspected once a year. The professional jeweler will verify the general state of your stones and the piece itself. He will be able to clean them professionally and indicate what reparations and modification that need to be done. -

We offer rings for women in a standard size of 6.5 and those for men of 10. All rings ordered in other sizes than these must be sized in our workshop or in some cases directly at the supplier. All sizes ordered excluding standard sizes are non-refundable. These are final sales. The standard size is always indicated when selecting the ring.
Any modifications or customizations (engravings on pendants, adjustments, ring sizing) requested making the jewel different from its original state generates a final sale.
We are aware that the purchase of a jewel involves several elements that the site is not always able to reflect. Hence the reason for a possible refund under some conditions:
The refund request is made 30 days after the date of shipment
The jewel must never have been worn, any proof to the contrary (scratch, wear, bump, deplating, etc.) cancels the refund request.
The jewel must not have had modifications or customizations.
To be refunded, the jewel must be returned to the address mentioned below.
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
