   Bring your jewelry to any of our boutiques. Our specialists will assess if your piece is suitable for ultrasonic treatment.

2. Ultrasonic Bath:
   Your jewelry is immersed in an ultrasonic bath that gently removes impurities—even from the tiniest crevices—without affecting the metal.

3. Quality Check:
   After cleaning, each piece is carefully inspected to ensure it regains its shine and remains in perfect condition.

Most precious metal pieces (gold, silver, vermeil, stainless steel, etc.) are ideal for ultrasonic cleaning. However, some types of jewelry should not undergo this treatment:

• Oxidized Silver Jewelry:
  Deliberately darkened finishes may be altered by ultrasonic waves.
• Leather Jewelry:
  Leather components may deteriorate when exposed to water and vibrations.
• Titanium Jewelry:
  Contact with the hard surface of the cleaner can deform the metal.
• Jewelry with Precious or Semi-Precious Stones:
  Ultrasonic vibrations may loosen or damage stones such as pearls, emeralds, coral, amber, jade, lapis lazuli, opals, turquoise, onyx, tanzanite, feldspar, fluorite, iolite, kunzite, malachite, topaz, zircon, and more.
