Shipping

A: Orders may take between 1 to 5 days to be shipped, provided the item does not require modifications (resizing, engraving, etc.).

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes, standard shipping is free for orders of $99 or more (before taxes).

Q: Can I have my order shipped to a store?
A: No, online orders are currently delivered to home addresses only (except in special cases). In-store pickup is not available at the moment, but will be soon!

Returns & Exchanges

Q: Can I return or exchange an item?
A: Yes, returns are accepted within 30 days of the shipping date, provided that:

  • The jewelry has never been worn

  • The item is returned in its original packaging, along with the invoice

  • The item is not marked as a final sale (final sale refers to products with a discount of 50% or more)

A: No, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.

Q: Can I return an item in store?
A: Yes, you can return an item in person at one of our store locations, with the invoice and under the same return conditions.
