Bijouterie Lavigueur Ltée offers a wide range of products online, each carefully described to provide an optimal shopping experience.

Ring Sizes

  • Women: Standard size 6.5
  • Men: Standard size 10

Rings ordered in sizes other than the standard require adjustment in our workshop or by the supplier. Non-standard sizes are non-refundable and considered final sales. The standard size is always indicated during ring selection.

Modifications and Personalizations

Any modification or personalization (engraving, adjustment, resizing) that alters the original state of the jewelry constitutes a final sale.

Refund Conditions

We understand that purchasing jewelry involves subjective elements. Here are our refund conditions:

  • Timeframe: Refund requests must be made within 30 days of shipment.
  • Jewelry Condition: The jewelry must not have been worn and must be free from any alterations (scratches, wear, dents, plating loss, etc.).
  • Modifications: No modifications or personalizations should have been made.
  • Return: The jewelry must be returned to the address provided below.
  • Shipping Fees: Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Sale Items: Items at 50% off in the SALE section are final sales.

Gift with Purchase

For a full refund, the item must be returned with the gift, in its original condition and unworn.

Refund Procedure for Online Purchases

By Mail

  1. Contact us at [email protected] detailing the reasons for your dissatisfaction.
  2. Carefully package the jewelry and include the invoice in the package.
  3. Clearly indicate on the package that it is an online purchase.
  4. Ship your parcel to:

    • St-Hubert, Québec, J4T 2H4, Canada

Processing Time: A 7-business-day period is required to process the refund from the date the item is received. Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.

In-Store

  1. Visit a Bijouterie Lavigueur location with your online purchase proof.
  2. Inform the representative that it is an online purchase.
  3. The item will be returned to the office for inspection. Refunds are processed by the office.

In-store purchases

  • Refunds: Not offered for in-store purchases.
  • Exchange or Gift Card: Possible under specific store conditions.

Exchange or Gift Card Conditions

  • The jewelry or watch must not have been worn.
  • Must be free from any scratches.
  • Must be returned in its original packaging with warranty, appraisal certificate, and diamond certificate of origin if applicable.

Modifications and Personalizations

Any modification or personalization makes the item ineligible for exchange or gift card.
