Delivery policy

Home Delivery

Delivery Fees: Free for orders of $99 before taxes and above. $9.95 before taxes for orders under $99 before taxes.
Delays: Expect 2 to 5 days before your order is shipped. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.
Order Processing: Orders received after 3 PM will be processed the following business day.

Processing Times and Applicable Fees

Orders Without Modifications
If no modifications are required (such as resizing, engraving, etc.), orders may take up to 7 business days to ship, depending on product availability.
Multiple-Item Orders
Orders containing multiple items will be shipped once all items are ready, in a single delivery.
Ring Resizing and Other Modifications
Orders requiring modifications (resizing, engraving, etc.) may take approximately 7 business days before shipping.
Special Orders
If a product needs to be ordered from a supplier, estimated delivery times will be confirmed by a Bijouterie Lavigueur associate via the email address provided in your order.

Please note: Processing times may be extended during peak periods such as the holiday season, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, or summer vacations due to higher order volume or reduced staffing.

Possible Delays

Orders may be delayed for the following reasons:

Difference between billing and shipping addresses.
Order awaiting credit approval or inspection.
Need for resizing or customization.
Exceptional stock shortage.

Order Tracking

For home deliveries, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. For in-store pickup, you will be notified by email when your order is ready.

In-Store Pickup:

Availability: You can choose to pick up your order from one of our locations.
Procedure: Select the "In-Store Pickup" option during the ordering process. You will receive a confirmation when your order is ready for pickup.
Required Documents: Bring a photo ID and your order confirmation.
Pickup Hours: Please check the opening hours of your chosen location.
